Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

United States

  • Standard Shipping (4–10 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (2–5 business days): Calculated at checkout

Canada

  • Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
Kind Shower is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@kindshower.com. Updates cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local postal office first.
  • For lost or severely delayed orders, contact us at hello@kindshower.com and we will assist with a claim.
  • If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve it quickly.
