How do I install the showerhead?

Our showerhead is designed for easy, tool-free installation.

Step 1. Detach current showerhead from shower hose and remove existing Washer Seal (flat rubber disc).

Step 2. For standard use, insert the 2.5GPM Flow Restrictor (White) into the bottom of your Kind Shower. For areas with water conservation efforts, insert the 1.8GPM Flow Restrictor (Yellow). The flat side of the restrictor should face out. When in doubt, use 1.8GPM to stay eco-friendly and compliant.

Step 3. Attach shower hose to the Kind Showerhead and twist close. Run the water for 30 seconds to activate filter.

Tip: Ensure there is only one piece between your shower hose and Kind Shower for a proper seal. Tape is included as an option for additional seal.

How do I replace the filter cartridge?

Simply twist the handle from the showerhead top to open. Remove the old cartridge and insert a new Kind Filter. Snap and twist close the handle back onto the top. Run water for 30 seconds to activate.

How often do I need to replace the filter?

For the best results, we recommend replacing the filter every 2-4 months, depending on your water quality and household usage. We recommend every 2 months (for multiple people or heavy use), 3 months (for 1 person standard use), and 4 months (for 1 person light use).

Will this shower head fit my shower?

Yes, our showerhead is compatible with all standard shower arms. If you have a unique setup, feel free to reach out to our support team at for guidance.

What does the filter remove from the water?

Our Advanced Multi-Stage Filter helps reduce chlorine, heavy metals, impurities, and treatment byproducts.

Does the showerhead affect water pressure?

Our showerhead is engineered to maintain or improve strong water pressure while providing effective filtration.

What are its limitations?

The Kind Showerhead works ideally with water temperatures between 5-65 degrees Celsius. It is not designed for industrial plumbing.
